My fascination with color has always been the key element in my work.

If the sun rays capture our hearts much like a rainbow does, my desire is to express the vitality and bursting energy of that spectrum.

Over the years I have also developed a strong passion for traveling around the world. Traveling not only opens your eyes to other cultures, but offers great opportunities to observe the wonderful nature and stir up creative energy for photography and other art forms.

Pennsylvania Watercolor Society

About

Membership in the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society is open to all water media painters upon payment of the annual dues, with a term from January 1st to the last day of December each year.

Although currently over half of our members come from Pennsylvania, membership is offered nationwide and internationally.

The day to day affairs of the Society are handled by a board of directors located in central Pennsylvania and elected annually. This board arranges the details for the workshops, the juried show, and the member’s show as well as publishes a quarterly newsletter and maintains a lending library.

In addition to the annual meeting held in November for the election of officers, regular board meetings are held at least six times a year. All the meetings are open to all members. Special member meeting with specific art related activities have recently been undertaken. Their popularity, of course, will help to determine their ultimate future.
